Internet Development Skills and Experience
I started on the internet in 1995, in
what I consider the real beginning of an industry that would level
the playing field for small business. In that time I have seen
many people, companies and technologies come and go. I feel that
I have produced lasting value for my employers and customers by
producing deliverables that can be consistantly retooled and reused.
I can tell, almost all of them still come to me. Internet Development Skills:
- Internet expertise (web designer since 1995) - Key areas include website architecture for B2B, B2C, C2C, graphic
design, dynamic websites, ecommerce, web-based applications, Flash
animation and applications - Co-developed WCMS (Web Content Management
System)
- Audit clients organizations to ascertain needs for graphic design,
web-based applications and database interaction scope and design
- Firm Search Engine Optimization and meta-data understanding - Efficient in creating websites to WC3
standards (effective cross platform/web browser performance)
- Web server familiarity (hosting, SSL, email and dedicated servers) - Experience with most internet programming languages - Focus on user experience and quantifying Return On Investment
