Developed brand identity and strategy then created partner and customer facing collateral. Actively review and refine internal processes, as well as customer and partner on-boarding. Manage SharePoint services, Partner Portal design and programming, trade shows, press relations, Strategic Marketing Partner program, and am the customer liaison for generating customer testimonials and case studies.
